405 KAR 5:021.Permit fees.
Section 1.
Permit Fees.(1)
Each application for an original permit, amendment, renewal, and transfer shall be accompanied by a permit fee.(2)
The permit fee shall be twenty-five (25) dollars for each year of the permit term. For amendments and transfers the fee shall be assessed for the years remaining in the permit term. The permit term may be for one (1) to five (5) years.Section 2.
