787 KAR 1:050.Social Security number required of employees.
Section 1.
Each worker engaged in covered employment for a subject employer shall procure a Federal Social Security Account Number and report that number to every subject employer for whom the worker is engaged in covered employment.Section 2.
If a worker engaged in covered employment for a subject employer does not have a Federal Social Security Account Number, the worker shall file an application for it not later than three (3) days after the first day on which the worker is engaged in covered employment for a subject employer.
