Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 18A.205 to provide that a retiree who has been reemployed in a full-time position within state government on or after September 1, 2008 shall be eligible for life insurance benefits; amend KRS 61.637 to make technical changes; and amend KRS 78.510 to provide that the retirement systems shall add one or more fiscal years to the final compensation calculation for classified school board employees participating in the County Employees Retirement System on or after September 1, 2008, if the five fiscal years prior to retirement do not include sixty months.
