Summary Delete original provisions; establish funding criteria for road projects with certain designations; acknowledge that project authorizations were based upon Transportation Cabinet estimates; provide the Transportation Cabinet with the authority to expend funds necessary to complete projects authorized in this Act, amended only by variations dictated by bid or unforeseen circumstances; provide that this Act in conjunction with HJR 105 shall constitute the six year road plan; set out the 2008-2010 Biennial Highway Construction Plan; EMERGENCY.
