Summary of Original Version	Amend KRS 186.162 to create a special license plate for recipients of the Silver Star Medal or the Bronze Star Medal awarded for valor; amend KRS 186.164 to direct the Transportation Cabinet to promulgate administrative regulations regarding the documentation required to show proof of being a recipient of the Silver Star Medal or Bronze Star Medal awarded for valor; amend KRS 186.166 to require that Silver Star Medal and Bronze Star Medal license plates be perpetually produced.
