Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 189.910, 189.920 and 189.940 to permit a coroner or deputy coroner to equip a private or public vehicle with red and blue lights and a siren with the permission of the legislative body of the county, urban-county, consolidated local government, or unified local government and to use the lights and siren only to respond to the scene of an emergency involving the reported death of a human being.
