| Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 186A.190 to provide that a title lien statement and the accompanying notation of lien on the certificate of title for a manufactured home may be filed and perfected in the county of the debtor's residence, the county where the creditor maintains his or her primary place of business, or the county in which the manufactured home is located; provide that a security interest shall be deemed to have been perfected if noted on the certificate of title of a manufactured home prior to the effective date of this Act; amend KRS 186A.120 and 186A.195 to conform. |
