Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 367.150 to provide that the Attorney General may recover its expert witness fees when intervening in cases on behalf of consumers' interest before a quasijudicial or rate-making body; create a new section of KRS Chapter 278.010 to 278.450 to provide that the Attorney General shall, upon request, recover reasonable expert witness fees and establish a method for collection and for refund of overpayment.
