Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 100 to allow a planning unit to incorporate airport noise overlay districts within its zoning texts and maps; allow the planning unit to incorporate guidelines on building techniques and materials that are designed to provide acoustical insulation benefits to structures within the overlay.
