Summary	Delete orignial provision; amend KRS 160.380 to define an alternative education program as a program that serves students who enroll voluntarily or who enroll involuntarily due to behavior problems; prohibit a superintendent from assigning a teacher to an alternative program who is on probation or in corrective action; amend KRS 160.346, 160.990, and 161.044 to conform.
