Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 216B to require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to promulgate an administrative regulation requiring a provider of durable medical equipment located in another state to maintain an office or place of business in Kentucky if that state requires durable medical equipment providers with a principal place of business in Kentucky to maintain an office or place of business within that state.
