Summary of Original Version	Amend KRS 230.210 to extend the definition of "horse race meeting" to appaloosa and Arabian horse racing and to define the "Kentucky quarter horse, appaloosa, and Arabian purse fund; amend KRS 230.3771 to specify funding for the Kentucky quarter horse, appaloosa, and Arabian purse fund; create a new section of KRS Chapter 230 to create the Kentucky quarter horse, appaloosa, and Arabian purse fund establish oversight for the fund, and appropriate moneys from the fund.
