Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 156.160 to require the Kentucky Board of Education to promulgate administrative regulations to include the body mass index (BMI) percentile, height, and weight on preventative health care examination forms; require the data to be submitted to the Department of Education in a manner approved by the board that does not identify any individual student; require the department to share data only with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; require that any use of the data abide by HIPPA privacy rules.
