Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 189.456 to require that the information contained on disabled parking placards is written on a tamper-evident sticker that indicates the year in which the placard expires; amend KRS 189.990 to increase the fine for violating KRS 189.459(2) or (3) to $500.00; require that 75% of the fines and costs collected be forwarded to the personal care assistance program and 25% be returned to the law enforcement agencies in the county where the violation occurred; EFFECTIVE January 1, 2016. |
