Summary Amend KRS 61.080 to prohibit a person from holding any two appointed offices of special purpose governmental entities that each have the authority to levy taxes, and to prohibit a person from holding a state office and an appointed office of a special purpose governmental entity that has the authority to levy taxes, except as otherwise required by statute.
