Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 281 to define the terms "motor carrier transportation contract" and "promisee"; establish that indemnification clauses in motor carrier transportation contracts are void and unenforceable; establish that provisions in motor carrier transportation contracts requiring a motor carrier to procure liability insurance covering the acts or omissions of the promisee are void and unenforceable; establish that this section shall not apply to the Uniform Intermodal Interchange and Facilities Access Agreement.
