Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 342.320 to double the maximum amount of attorney fees in original and reopened worker's compensation claims and add potential fees for post-award income benefits; amend KRS 342.730 to require worker's compensation income benefits to be paid until age 70 or 5 years after the injury whichever is later.
