| Summary of Original Version | Create a new section of KRS Chapter 150 to prohibit officers, members, or employees of the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources and the Commission from selling roe-bearing fish or their products that have been procured by the department or commission; prohibit officers, members, or employees of the department or commission from engaging in any commercial activity that the department is authorized to regulate; provide that violations of the section result in forfeiture of employment or statutory office that the person holds with the department or commission; amend KRS 150.990 to provide for a penalty between $100 and $1000 for each violation. |
