Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 189.456 to require that the expiration date of a disabled parking placard is indicated on the placard by a month and year hole-punch system; amend KRS 189.990 to increase the fine to $350 for a second offense and to $500 for the third and subsequent offense; require that 75% of the fines and costs collected for a violation of KRS 189.459 be forwarded to the personal care assistance program and 25% of the fine collected be returned to the law enforcement agencies in the county where the violation occurred; EFFECTIVE January 1, 2016. |
