Summary Amend penalty to include a range of $1,000 to $10,000 for each violation; provide that a violation which occurs as the result of a criminal act would not be punishable; add additional clarifying language; include additional exclusion for sharing a wireless number to affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, or vendors of a directory provider or wireless communications service for purposes of improving service to subscribers.
