Summary of Original Version Propose to amend Section 33 of the Constitution of Kentucky to clarify standards relating to redistricting and to require the General Assembly to remain in continuous session, without pay to the members, for the sole purpose of redistricting if the General Assembly fails to redistrict the state by April 15 of the first even-numbered year session following receipt of the decennial census data; submit to the voters for ratification or rejection; include ballot language.
