Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 311B.100 to require individuals licensed or certified in the field prior to the creation of the Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy to be licensed by the board if they have graduated from a postsecondary institution, passed a national examination, been licensed in this or another state, and have maintained continuing education requirements; allow the board to deny licensure for cause; EMERGENCY.
