Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 218A.010 to define "medically necessary marijuana" and amend the definition of "marijuana" to allow physicians to recommend, transfer, dispense, or administer certain types of cannabidiol or CBD; establish the Implementation Task Force on the Palliative and Hospice Use of Medical Marijuana, select members, and establish the requirement to prepare legislation and present it before the 2018 General Assembly and establish issues to be discussed.
