Summary Delete original provisions; amend KRS 351.090 and 351.140 to allow the commissioner of the Department for Natural Resources to replace up to three of the six required annual underground mine inspections with mine safety analysis visits and reduce the minimum number of annual full electrical inspections from two to one.
