Summary of Original Version Establish KRS Chapter 239 relating to fantasy sports contests and create new sections thereof to include definitions; require fantasy contest operators to be registered by the Public Protection Cabinet; establish application requirements; establish initial and annual registration fees; mandate fantasy contest operators to implement commercially reasonable procedures for fantasy contests; require the Public Protection Cabinet to promulgate administrative regulations regulating the operation of fantasy contests; APPROPRIATION.
