| Summary of Original Version | Create a new section of KRS Chapter 132 to reduce the property tax rate levied on and after January 1, 2018, by the state and by local taxing jurisdictions on motor vehicles owned by totally disabled veterans, whose disability is service-connected, to 50 percent of the tax rate levied on other motor vehicles by the relevant taxing jurisdiction, except in the case of historic motor vehicles. |
