Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 156.160 to require the Kentucky Board of Education to promulgate administrative regulations to require physical and health education instruction in drug abuse prevention and the connection between abuse and addiction to other drugs; require the Office of Drug Control Policy to develop recommendations for the instruction in drug abuse prevention to be published on the Web site of the Department of Education.
