Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 186.560 to require the Transportation Cabinet to suspend, for 30 days, an instruction permit, intermediate license, or operator's license of a person who is under the age of 18 if that person has attained more than 3 points against his or her driving record; amend KRS 186.450 and KRS 186.4122 to conform; EFFECTIVE January 1, 2019.
