Summary	Retain original provisions; allow an applicant to sit for the electrician licensing examination if the applicant has completed two years of experience plus two years of a minimum four-year training course in electrical work acceptable to the department; require completion of the remaining two years of the training course within four years after becoming a licensed electrician; revoke the license of any electrician who fails to complete the training course; limit provisional licenses to Kentucky residents; require an applicant for a provisional license to have at least six years of verifiable experience with 2,080 annual work hours since age 16.
