Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 304.9-440 to authorize administrative action against a pharmacy benefit manager if the manager engages in certain practices relating to pharmacy wholesalers; amend KRS 205.647 to require pharmacy benefit managers contracted with a Medicaid managed care organization to comply with KRS 304.9-440; require the Department of Medicaid Services to not approve contracts with certain requirements relating to pharmacy wholesalers or to directly impose any of those requirements.
