Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 65.750 to add "next generation 911" to the definition of "911 emergency service"; amend KRS 65.7637 so that CMRS providers, Voice over Internet Protocol providers, service suppliers, and related parties are only liable in cases of wanton or willful misconduct for damages for death or injury to a person in connection with the provision of access to 911 emergency service.
