Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 431.073 to make additional offenses eligible for expungement; reduce the filing fee for felony expungement from $500 to $200; amend KRS 431.076 to allow expungement of charges dismissed without prejudice; amend KRS 431.078 to require certain records to be expunged if the law specifies a period for enhancement and that period has expired; amend KRS 431.079 to limit requirement of certification to convictions that have not been pardoned.
