Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS 224.46-505 to 224.46-590 to require the secretary of the Energy and Environment Cabinet to send a copy of a notice of violation for a hazardous waste site or facility to the county/judge executive of the county or the chief executive officer of the urban-county government within which the site or facility is located; amend KRS 224.10-212 to specify that notices of violation for hazardous waste sites or facilities are not prohibited from disclosure due to confidentiality.
