Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 40 to create a Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs nurse loan repayment program for registered nurses and licensed practical nurses within their employ and grant the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority and the Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs authority to promulgate administrative regulations; EFFECTIVE January 1, 2020.
