Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 337 to require employers with 50 or more employees to provide twelve weeks of paid parental leave for an employee who has been employed for at least one year; allow an employee to waive the paid parental leave; provide for the promulgation of administrative regulations.
