Summary of Original Version Create a new section of Subtitle 17A or KRS Chapter 304 to require health benefits plans to cover epinephrine auto-injectors for persons 18 years of age and under; cap cost-sharing at $50 per epinephrine auto-injector; allow cost-sharing cap to be adjusted every 5 years for inflation; amend KRS 18A.225 to require the state employee health plan to comply; EFFECTIVE, January 1, 2021.
