| Summary | Retain original provisions and include magistrate and county commissioner within the definition of elected official; require fiscal court approval to lower fee amount; require that a lower fee amount be the prevailing fee amount applicable to all citizens within the elected official's jurisdiction; prohibit the lowering of any fees that are not charged by the elected official and collected for use in performing the service or funding the elected official's public office or the county; disallow the elected official or fiscal court the authority to reduce revenues to be generated on behalf of the Commonwealth or any other entity. |
