Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 189.340 to allow the Transportation Cabinet to restrict lanes of travel, for trucks with more than six wheels, on any highway containing 3 or more lanes of travel in the same direction; require the cabinet to post official signs notifying operators of this restriction; require operators to obey posted signs.
