Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 18A to allow state hiring preference for employees of quasi-governmental agencies ceasing participation in the Kentucky Retirement Systems; require an employing state agency offer an interview to all finalist entitled to preference unless five or more of the finalists are entitled to preference; require that if more than five finalists are entitled to preference, the employing state agency shall offer an interview to no fewer than five.
