Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 216 to establish limitations on commissions, benefits, bonuses, rebates, kickbacks and bribes relating to health care services by any person including any provider or health care facility; include payment practice exceptions; establish violations as Class D, Class C, and Class B felonies and associated fines; permit a party bringing action to seek to recover reasonable expenses; provide that the provisions in this section are in addition to any other actions that may be taken.
