| Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 213.096 to permit either parent to file an application for a certificate of birth resulting in stillbirth for any fetal death reported; require the state registrar to issue a certificate of birth resulting in stillbirth upon completion of an application; require the certificate of birth resulting in stillbirth to clearly indicate that it is not proof of a live birth and that it does not replace the requirement to file a report of fetal death; require that the certificate of birth resulting in stillbirth not be a proof of a live birth for tax purposes. |
