Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 161.028 to allow colleges or universities to offer teacher preparation programs with regional accreditation or national accreditation if recognized by the US Department of Education and if the institution is eligible to receive federal funding under 20 U.S.C. secs. 1061 to 1063; amend KRS 164.785 to allow a Kentucky college or university to be an eligible institution for a Kentucky tuition grant if it is accredited by SACS or a national accreditation association and if the institution is eligible for federal funding under 20 U.S.C. secs. 1061 to 1063. |
