Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 222.231 to require licensed substance use disorder programs providing residential treatment to obtain accreditation and American Society of Addiction Medice level of care certification in order; permit a 1-year extension from initial licensure application; require nonaccredited and certified programs that are licensed on the effective date of this Act to become accredited within 1 year.
