| Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 160.210 to require county school board election divisions be compact and contiguous and respect existing neighborhood, community, and city boundaries if possible; require division lines be redrawn upon merger, annexation, or compliance with KRS 117.055; require a county school board to initiate reapportionment proceedings within 90 days of the General Assembly's redistricting plan becoming law; establish deadline to change election divisions to June 1 of an election year; delete antiquated language; amend KRS 116.200 to conform. |
