Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 337 to define "COVID-19" and require employers that provide paid leave to employees who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 and are subsequently quarantined due to exposure to or diagnosis of COVID-19 shall also provide the same type of paid leave to employees who have not been vaccinated and are required to be quarantined due to exposure to or diagnosis of COVID-19; amend KRS 337.990 to create penalty.
