Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 186A.040, to eliminate the requirement that an individual's registration must be revoked three times within a 12 month period before the revocations constitute a violation of KRS 304.39-080 and the individual is referred to the County Attorney for prosecution; instead, a single revocation under KRS 186A.040 would constitute a violation of KRS 304-39-080 and trigger the referral for prosecution. |
