Summary Retain original provisions; create a new section of KRS Chapter 69 to establish protocols for the end-of-term transfer of funds for county attorneys and to require an annual settlement to the Prosecutors Advisory Council; amend KRS 514.040 to remove the requirement that excess fees held by the county attorney at the end of each fiscal year be turned over to the fiscal court.
