Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 342.0011 to define "COVID-19"; create a new section of KRS Chapter 342 to establish workers' compensation liability in instances where employers require vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition of employment and the employee develops an adverse reaction to the vaccine; create a rebuttable presumption that an adverse reaction was caused by the COVID-19 vaccine if it was not present prior to and arises within 14 days of receipt of the vaccine; retoactive to December 14, 2020; EMERGENCY.
