Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 to require completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid form as a high school graduation requirement; provide waiver options for meeting the requirement; require local boards of education to develop policies and procedures to assist students in completing the requirement; require the Kentucky Department of Education to develop a process for local districts to report student data.
