| Summary of Original Version | Create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to establish a deduction of the first year's income for veterans who remain or move into this state immediately upon exit from the Armed Forces and maintain residency in this state for a minimum of three consecutive years thereafter; amend KRS 141.019 to allow for the deduction; amend KRS 131.190 to allow reporting of the deduction by the Department of Revenue to the Legislative Research Commission. |
